Supporting ISRO’s Human Spaceflight Program with Bustec Ground Test Systems
We’re excited to announce that Bustec has been selected to provide mission-critical data acquisition and test instrumentation for the ground checkout systems supporting Gaganyaan — India’s pioneering human spaceflight program developed by the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO).
According to recent reports, ISRO has completed around 90% of the development work for Gaganyaan and plans a crewed launch by early 2027. As this ambitious program moves into its final phase — with three uncrewed test flights still to be conducted before the crewed mission — the importance of robust, high-fidelity test systems cannot be overstated.
The ground test systems we will supply are designed to handle complex data from engine tests, stage integration, human-rated systems, and full flight-module operations.
