Meet Carlos Ríos — Western Regional Sales Manager, USA

Carlos Ríos joins Bustec as Western Regional Sales Manager for the United States. With over 20 years of international experience in sales and management within the test and measurement industry, he has worked across the aerospace, automotive, and high-tech sectors.

Originally from Panama City, Panama, Carlos holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering (Systems & Controls) from Arizona State University. His career encompasses technical support, business development, customer relationship management, and consulting on complex test and measurement (T&M) projects.

Carlos has led teams that have driven significant growth and productivity improvements across Latin America and Europe, earning recognition for building strong customer partnerships and strategic alliances. He is passionate about delivering practical, value-driven solutions and is well-positioned to accelerate Bustec’s expansion throughout the Western U.S. region.

Outside of work, Carlos enjoys spending time in nature, cooking, and creating lasting memories with family and friends.
