- Independent 32-bit pulse and 24-bit time-interval counters per channel
- Time-interval measurement from 40 ns to 20,000 seconds
- 10 ns maximum time resolution with 128-word FIFO per channel
- Programmable ±5 V input threshold with AC/DC coupling and selectable 50 Ω or 1 MΩ termination
