Overview

The ProDAQ 5748 is a 1U-high, rack-mountable break-out box for standard 19-inch racks. Two ProDAQ 3424 analog-to-digital converter (ADC) function cards can be connected to the unit. The unit provides 16 channels of standard BNC connectors, configured as isolated pseudo-differential inputs. The ProDAQ ADC function cards are connected via standard, 50-pin SCSI connectors on the back of the break-out box. 

Each channel is equipped with an LED indicator for ICP mode. This indicator is controlled directly by the ProDAQ 3424 function card. The power for the indicators and logic are provided to the ProDAQ 5748 via a plug-in power adaptor.
